License data provided by Add License is Invalid

We are currently adding the License in the Runtime of the application in the Global.asax file . when its hosted in a Windows server (2019) . we are getting an Yellow page error stating that the License is Invalid.

Version of EO.web.dll :8.0.40.2
.Net Framwork Version : 4.8

Can you help us on this?

Hi,

Version 8 is more than 10 years old and is no longer supported by us. You can try to troubleshoot the issue yourself by following these steps:

In order to receive support from us, you will need to purchase a new license for the current version.
