Hi is there a way to cast JSObject as HtmlElement in c#?

Absolutely not --- these are two completely different browser engine. JSObject represents a JavaScript object inside EO.WebBrowser's Chromium browser engine. HtmlElement represents an element in Microsoft's WebControl control. These are two entirely different worlds that is completely unrelated to each other.
