We are getting truncated black page when rendering in EO version 23.0.83. It is working fine in 22.1.42. We have not changed any code from our side except the reference change. Can you please advise.
When we try with 1920x1080 with 100 DPI it is working fine and when we increase DPI to 125 or 150. page is truncating

We have sent mail with screenshot of the behavior. Can you please take look at it.
Is there any logs or way to check this issue.

Hi,

We can't troubleshoot this kind of problems with screenshot. We will need to run and debug the problem here in order to get the bottom of the issue. That's why we need a test project in order to look into it.

Thanks!

Hi,
It seems when we try with DisableGPU as true, the black truncated page is not coming. Can you please advise whether any change related to this property in latest release and what is the impact of the case when we enable it true EO.WebEngine.Engine.Default.Options.DisableGPU = true;

Hi,

We did not change anything particular on our side. However there are millions line of code changes between different Chromium browser engine. Some of them might be related to how GPU is utilized. If you can provide a test project (or simply test HTML file if the problem is related to the file), we can debug into the browser engine and see if we can find what might be handled differently in the new engine.

Thanks

Hi,

We did find and fixed an issue that could cause incorrect rendering offset/black truncated area. Please download the latest build (2023.1.21) from our download page and see if it resolves the issue for you.

Thanks!
