I would like to upgrade my license (the free upgrade period expires in August,2008) in order to have license to use the new controls.

I have request my license coupon to apply in the new license order, but the coupon minimum amount is higher that the license price so I cannot apply it.

By the other hand, I have read that if I renew the upgrade period I am eligible for a discount?

How can I submit the order to apply a discount?

Hi,

We have adjusted your coupon's minimum amount so you should be able to use the coupon now. The renew discount is not directly related to whether you are in the free upgrade period, it is directly related to your version and the current version. Free upgrade and upgrade order are different; the former does not cover new controls, the later does.
