DatePicker only with dd/MM Options

Hi There,
I would like to know, if i can use the DatePicker only for Day and Month. I dont want the user to see the Year. I am storing the Date in DataBase as Date. I dont mind if the DatePicker selects any default year or current year.

But i see if i use Picker format "dd/MM" the Select date is DateTime.MinValue.
Is there any solution to this.

Hi,

We looked into it and confirmed that is a restriction of the DatePicker control. When the DatePicker does not get all three components of a date, it considers the date invalid and does not automatically fills in any of the missing value. We will look into it and see if it possible to automatically fills in this value.
