Dear Sirs,

I purchased a single developer license lastnight and paid via paypal, however have not been emailed the license code or any details on how to use the fully licenced controls.

When i do an order query against my email address, it says that it does not match an order.

Please advise.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for posting your question here. We did see the order however according to PayPal, the order was paid via eCheck and unlike credit card, it would take a few days to clear it. So PayPal is still holding it. Once they clear it, we should be able to get you the license key immediately.
