Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

When I do alot of Development via visual studio 2003 I will get the 'EO.Web' could not be loaded.
error. The only way I can fix this is by rebooting ... is there a way to fix this without rebooting and what is causing the error?

Parser Error Message: Access is denied: 'EO.Web'.
