I'm having issues on pages that use eo controls. I'm getting the following license error:
"Editor ctrl00_maincopy_edtDescription requires a license. You can purchas a licence etc....."
The error doesnt fire everytime though. But it happens almost a third of the time.
Some controls do not work after this error has been fired.
An assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I checked your order and noticed that you have a license for 2007.2, which does not include the editor. You may have received a 2008 license via the free upgrade option, but the free upgrade only covers new version of your existing control, it does not cover new controls. This is the main difference between a free upgrade and a paid upgrade.
I believe in your case you can upgrade to the current version with 70% off (you pay 30% of the full price), please let us know if you are interested in that.
