Modify Content Menu in client side script Options

Prior to calling eo_ShowContextMenu in my client side code I would like to be able to add/edit/remove some MenuItems from the Content Menu. Can this be done?

You won't be able to add/remove items. But you can show/hide/change menu items. You can find a sample at here:
