I need to create a PDF file with little phrases in arbitrary positions. So i was checking the sample project node (All Demos \ PDF Creator \ Low Level Content API \ Text ) but does not work in any of the 3 settings I tried:

Windows 8 + VS2012
Windows 7 + VS2012
Win XP + VS2010

In all cases, the "RunDemo" procedure (located in the project file: Demos \ Acm \ PDFConverter API \ Text.vb) is executed, but the process always stops executing in the penultimate line:

doc.Save (outputFileName)

And the pdf is not generated.


Please your help to solve this problem.
