I'd like the symbol package the EO.WebBrowser for debugging my App, is it possible ?

Hi, No. Unfortunately we do not publish the symbol package at this time. If you have any problems with the product, you can try to isolate the problem into a test project and then send the test project to us, we will be happy to take a look once we receive that.
