I am a new customer (May) and have sent 3 support posts through the "Contact Us" page, but have not received any reply. What is the best way to contact EO regarding my account/license?

You can post your question directly here. If your question contains sensitive information, you can send us a private message by clicking the "PM ME!" button under any of our post.

The most likely reason that you never get any reply through our contact us page is because your email server/email program incorrectly marked our emails as spams. When you use contact us to send us a message, our system will first send an automatic reply to you that contains a verification code. If for some reason you did not get this verification code (appears to be your case), then most likely even if we had replied your email, you wouldn't be able to receive it either. That's why we will not reply an email until it has been verified.
