[WebBrowser] EO17 DPI > 100% with select tag Options

Hello,

There is a problem when windows has DPI > 100,
the select tag don't shows properly (worked fine with precedent version) they are cropped, see below.




Maybe it has something to do with the fix related to this topic Scrollbar too big on high DPI (200%)

Hi,

This appears to be an issue with the core browser engine. If you try to use Google Chrome browser to visit the same page you will see the same problem. Generally for such issues we will wait for the Chromium team to fix it first as we are not in a position to fix issues on such an enormous project.
